Jim Webb has dedicated much of his life to the arts, both in practice of his craft and as a working professional in various capacities.  A master printer at Gemini G.E.L. for over ten years, he printed for blue chip artists such as Robert Rauschenberg, Frank Stella, Joseph Albers, Jasper Johns and others.  Working as an extension of the artist’s hands, his collaboration efforts included every facet of the print making medium.  Webb worked at Gemini G.E.L., The Lannan Foundation and as registrar at the Gagosian Gallery in Beverly Hills and continued to develop his own unique vision as an artist, creating work that is thought-provoking, uniquely autobiographical and powerfully emotional.  Working intimately with iconic twentieth century artists has impacted and influenced him and his artwork in deeply sophisticated ways.  Of his work Webb says:  “I love paper.  Canvas doesn’t give it back

Webb‘s documentation took place in 2009, 2016 and was sponsored Jo Ellen and Steve Lee.
